A City View Loft Wedding is a wedding that guests won’t soon forget. Sybil and Malcolm decided to change their original plans of a tropical destination wedding to a wedding in the city due to the recent Zika scare. They definitely knew they wanted to keep the vibe fun and modern with touches of tropical greenery to give them a little hint of their former wedding plans. City View Loft offered them a relaxed setting and Kitchen Chicago was the perfect spot for their ceremony.
The ceremony was candlelit and full of emotion. The aisle glowed as the bride made her way to her groom, and lit the way for the couple as the recessed to ‘Lovely Day’ once they were pronounced Husband and Wife. Cocktails followed the ceremony, and overlooked the room where the couple took their vows. Once guests moved to the reception, their killer dance moves stole the show.
The reception had a beautiful candlelit glow throughout the loft space with the city lights twinkling in the background. Alexandra from Exquisite Designs mixed mercury glass, white glass, clear glass, and geometric shapes to create modern centerpieces that weren’t too fussy. It was a great example of what can be done without actual flowers! The design created such a warm, inviting feeling and was the perfect look for Sybil & Malcolm!
