Mel and Dan had their hearts set on a South Asian Farm Wedding in Iowa, but were living in Chicago during the planning process. With multiple visits to Their venue, we worked to combine both cultures and interests of the couple through lots of color, detail, and loads of fun at The Celebration Farm! We created the ultimate dream team with vendors from both Chicago and Iowa, which brought their story fill circle.
We started the afternoon with an intimate Hindu Ceremony at the Amphitheater at the farm. The arches were accented with bright drapes to bring in a lot of color and a nod of tradition. Guests enjoyed cocktails on the patio, complete with a live action Dosa Station! It was a HUGE hit.
Once inside the double round barn, we elevated the decor for a more chic dining and dancing experience. DJ Monu of Creative sounds joined us from Chicago to make sure the dance floor was packed all night, and guests had the option to dine on either Iowa BBQ or traditional Indian Fare!
