Maudie began her wedding day in the breathtaking Princess Diana suite at The Drake, getting ready with her bridesmaids, mom, big sisters, and nieces. Her dress, featuring long lace sleeves was the perfect fit for her timeless winter wedding and the best compliment to Jeremy’s classic black tuxedo.
The wedding’s color palette of black and white was a nod to timeless sophistication with a contemporary twist. One of the most unforgettable elements of Maudie and Jeremy’s wedding was the 12-foot chuppah by Yanni Designs that blew their guests away during their interfaith Jewish and Catholic ceremony. The chuppah was covered in lush white florals and greens adorned with a floral chandelier to finish the look. The reception featured lush white florals in a linear style and vintage taper candle accents to bring in a warm glow.
As the evening unfolded, Indigo Band from Arlen Music took the stage and brought the party to life. Their performance kept Maudie, Jeremy and guests on the dance floor all night. As the night continued, guests were treated to a delightful surprise—espresso martinis passed around as a late-night indulgence. These chic and energizing cocktails were the perfect touch to keep the celebration going and ensure that everyone stayed lively and entertained. Maudie and Jeremy’s wedding was a true reflection of their style and sophistication, set against the timeless elegance of The Drake Chicago.
