From the moment I met with Kaity and Tony, I knew their sunset-inspired wedding at the Chicago Botanic Gardens would be the dreamiest day. Eric Floberg and Hwu Studios so perfectly captured the pure joy through every moment of this day.
Starting downtown at The Langham Hotel, Kaity and her maid of honor had their hair and makeup was done by a friend and cousin of the bride. They relaxed before they met up with Tony and his best man for a few photos downtown. They then headed out to The Chicago Botanic Gardens to make it official.
Vows were said in the Rose Garden under a floral arch so meticulously adorned by Willrett Flower Co. The color inspiration for the day was the colors of the sunset, which perfectly shines through all the floral details.
After cocktails, Tony and Kaity were introduced to the reception. They decided to forgo a traditional cake cutting and decided to pour their own champagne tower instead. After dinner under glowing lights from Event Brilliance, the dance floor opened. DJ Bryen Hall kept the floor packed all night long, even while the bride danced to some Disney music, her only musical request for the night.
Guests joined for a sparkler exit and enjoyed dessert from Sweet Mandy B’s at the end of the night. Guests didn’t want to leave!
