Dana and Jared came to Lola Event Productions with lots of ideas that included whimsy, color and most importantly, lots of sparkle. They wanted a true experience for family and friends that would bring the wow factor including food stations, unique cocktails, and lavish decor.
The traditional Jewish ceremony focused on a sleek and modern look with a mirrored aisle, touches of silver butterflies and white floral. Dana wanted simple calla lily bouquets for her and her bridesmaids but added sparkle with cascading beads. Pre-ceremony, guests were greeted with frozen summer sangria, fresh squeezed lemonade, and an array of passed appetizers like a pretzel-crusted chicken satay.
While the indoor space was transformed for the reception, guests explored the venues outdoor space while sipping on espresso martinis and dirty Shirley’s. Rolling dim sum carts with vegetable potstickers and Peking duck bundles were enjoyed by all. Guests found their tables from individual candy boxes that were showcased by cascading ombre flowers from white to dark pink.
The reception space was an explosion of color and sparkle! Custom mirrored top oval tables were built to reflect the ombre floral. Suspended pieces over the tables showcased stunning floral and lighting and cascading lights provided the perfect backdrop for the head table. The dance floor was defined by even more floral, globe lighting and fun disco balls.
Other unique touches included cold sparklers during the first dance, dessert stations with macarons and cupcakes suspended from a tree, a boozy coffee station and mini PB&J sandwiches with strawberry milk for a late-night snack.
