This early summer wedding at the scenic Cafe Brauer nestled in the Lincoln Park Zoo was a fresh and light day combining tradition and garden vibes. Amy and her bridesmaids got ready with hair and makeup from Erin Graham Hair and Just Amy at the Publishing House Bed & Breakfast. They enjoyed a trolley ride with Second City Trolley from the bustling West Loop to their church ceremony at the beautiful Saint Clement Church. Mary Rose Photography and Daniel D Videography were there to capture the moment Amy and Scott officially became husband and wife. They incorporated Filipino traditions into the ceremony like the veil, lasso, and the 13 coins.

Amy and Scott brought together their friends and family for a perfect summer celebration in one of the most historic venues in the city. For the reception, Elena’s Garden brought in a clean and crisp design that was punctuated by pastel floral, gold accents, and candlelight. Suspended tea lights by Sound Investment elevated the space and Toast & Jam had guests dancing all night. The best man pulled off a great surprise and read his speech virtually making everyone laugh.

Guests enjoyed city views during cocktail hour and a delicious dinner from TigerLily Events. Those who weren’t dancing enjoyed a fun time with I Love Photo Booth or took a moment to savor the cake from Sweet Mandy B’s.
